Recently, we had the privilege of working with our highly valued client, MAI Build, to complete a crucial element of their industrial-sized shed project located in Herne Hill.

The task at hand involved concrete slab and steel bollard joint sealing, including the bolsters of the structure, a key step in ensuring the shed’s functionality and longevity. With extensive joint sealing required to complement both the slab colour and the functional integrity of the structure, we were pleased to arrive at a pristine worksite, thanks to the impeccable preparation made by the site supervisor. In anticipation of our arrival, the supervisor had already cleared the slab, making our job even more efficient and streamlined.

Equipped with a high-performance Soudal brand sealant, we set to work on sealing the concrete slab joints and steel components. Soudal is known for its excellent adhesive properties and ability to withstand the harsh, fluctuating conditions that are characteristic of the Australian landscape—ensuring that the shed would remain durable and secure for years to come.

With minimal preparation required, we completed the sealing swiftly and to the highest standards. The shed, now complete with expertly sealed joints, was ready for immediate use by the client. The combination of our expertise and MAI Build’s attention to detail in the preparation phase ensured that the project not only met but exceeded expectations.
