We sealed the joints between the 8+ metre high concrete panels in Soudal SMX25.

To get the panels into place, lifting lugs and holes are part of the fabrication of the panels, and to complement the finished look, we grout these holes and smooth them by sanding them back to be flush with the panels.

We also colour match these patches so the client is always happy with our finished product. To create a smoother visual and higher integrity join, we pre ground all the chamfers of the panels before joining them, in doing so, making a smooth application surface for the product to adhere to and creating a preferable working condition for the painters and finishing crew to work on.
