AMS Seal were recently contacted by the Griffin Group for concrete repair and concrete patching in Como.
They needed us to remedy and rectify some honeycombing inconsistencies in the concrete panels that were already standing in place on site.
These types of issues can arise from the pouring stage but also from surrounding earthworks that can enhance their tensile flaws and results in pieces breaking away.
The other spots that were patched were lugs and grout tubes used to lift the panels in to place and piece the structure together.
Although the patches look dark, they are newly placed and still wet. Once they dry and the panels are finished, the patch is unnoticeable and blends in perfectly to create the originally intended outcome.
