Fire Rated Joint Sealing in Gnangara

Located along Fortitude Boulevard, the majority of the sealing done to these tilt panels was double jointed fire rated.

Since the next door building is so close, we were unable to get sufficient access to the outside of the tilt panel joins. In this type of situation we use a method that includes a sequence of steps from the inside, allowing us to effectively double seal the joints. This ensures that the building complies with Australian safety standards and that it is also properly fire rated.
